Introduction

The 2nd studies cycle in Aeronautic Maintenance Technology and Management aims to fulfill the needs of the labor market and to train professionals with skills in aeronautics maintenance, or other related areas, essential to the Engineering activities in an ever-growing industry in Portugal. The objective is to raise post-graduate professionals capable of technical and professional leadership, as well as an ability to adapt to a society in constant change.

This cycle of studies aims to attract students from other courses available in other Universities and professionals from areas such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, who may aspire to specialize and evolve in their careers.

This cycle should also ensure the Masters the abilities necessary to proceed with further training (3rd cycle) and is integrated into the global strategy of the university and of the industrial partner, Carbures for the aeronautic sector in Portugal.
