Introduction
Master of Science in Management
The Master of Science in Management (MSM) program offers students with four-year undergraduate commerce or business degrees, as well as graduates of other disciplines (business and non-business backgrounds) an opportunity to develop management and leadership skills appropriate for all kinds of organizations. The MSM program is a 36 credit graduate program designed to teach the behavioral and organizational aspects of management decisions and strategies.
Moreover, the MSM program is designed to deliver quality education to adults who wish to acquire knowledge and skills that will help them:
- work more effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- function more effectively in contributing toward the achievement of organizational goals.
The program focuses on people skills and is ideal for managers and other professionals whose jobs require frequent interaction with other people, or leading and supervising others in an organizational setting.
Time schedule
The duration of the MSM program is 12 months. The MSM curriculum is organized in ten 3-credit modules of 45 hours, each module being taught in 4 consecutive weeks, totaling 30 credits. An Applied Management Project with 6 credits completes the curriculum. The defense of the Applied Management Project must take place before the end of fourteen months starting from the first module of the course.

Entrance requirements
The admissions requirements include an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution, a written statement, and resume, an undergraduate GPA of at least 2.50, and adequate competence in the English language (TOEFL 550 or IELTS 6.0).
