Introduction
The Master in Quality Management and Competitiveness aims to:
To train masters in Quality and Competitiveness Administration capable of directing and establishing strategies that allow the design, implementation, and evaluation of improvement processes oriented to the internal and external clients of the organizations, in order to boost their productivity and competitiveness in an economical framework safe, ethical and social responsibility.
Skills to acquire:
Lead organizations and control the different areas with a philosophy of quality. Create, project, evaluate and promote quality projects and continuous improvement of organizational processes. Create and develop new companies. Develop customer and productivity-oriented strategies. Generate and identify competitive advantages supported in ethical decision-making. Identify the life cycle of products, services, and companies to generate strategies for consolidation, development, and diversification. Exercise leadership and negotiations that support the business vision. Apply research techniques and methods that allow you to carry out projects, as well as develop new knowledge for the benefit of organizations and society.
