That’s why we created The RE-SOLUTIONARY learning method, a real-time, genuinely project-based re-learning.
- Learning by doing. Learning by doing is the best and proven way not only to get a better understanding of anything but also to give you the mindset and competencies necessary to put into practice your knowledge and ideas.
- Learning by living. Ultimately living in an international environment encourages students to create solutions in different contexts that operate in different ways. By collaborating with people from different disciplines they obtain the necessary perspective to approach challenges in a much more flexible way, acquiring a different mindset for life and their professional careers.
- Learning by designing. At Advantere we go beyond this concept and our students learn by facing real challenges coming from new and unexpected issues in organizations and society, designing and creating executable original and not-before-thought solutions. Learning Plan
Preparatory Phase
Prior to the program commencement, students will engage in preparatory activities emphasizing collaborative learning, problem-solving, and project execution skills. This phase will also feature workshops aimed at enhancing personal development and equipping students with tools for a successful career.
Specific Curriculum
Over the course of 10 months, students will dive into sessions and courses tailored to their Master’s program, delving deep into subject-specific content. Alongside experiential learning activities, students will undertake projects that tackle real-world challenges presented by our collaborating organizations.
International Period
Each program includes an international stay in Washington D.C. at Georgetown University. This experience integrates experiential activities focused on critical issues in sustainability, social impact, and internationalization. Accommodation costs and tuition fees for this international stay are fully covered within the price of the Master’s program.
Sustainability and Social Impact
We cultivate purpose-driven leaders—individuals who transcend self-interest, aspiring not only to be the best in the world but also the best for the world. Our aim is to empower students to tackle contemporary issues and drive social change.
Consequently, our values are deeply ingrained in our teaching methodology:
- Comprehensive courses covering sustainability, ethics, and social impact.
- Integration of sustainability and social impact topics across all academic activities.
- Participation in at least one social impact project, collaborating with NGOs and social change organizations.
- Specialized masterclasses in ethics, sustainability, leadership, and social entrepreneurship during the international stay at Georgetown.
