University scholarships
Sciences Po
Sciences Po offers students a variety of financial support to be able to complete their studies at the university. They offer different scholarships and aid to both European students and non-European students. They offer both needs-based and merit-based grants. Their funding is provided on an individual basis and depends both on household income and academic achievements.

- Scholarship award: Up to full tuition covered based on needs + €400/ year
- Duration: Maximum two years
- Eligibility: Must meet requirements for preferred master’s degree, provide household income for needs-based funding, high academic results and achievements for merit-based scholarships
Emile Boutmy Scholarship
The Emile Boutmy Scholarship is a special scholarship also offered by Sciences Po for non-European students.

- Scholarship award: Tuition grant of €13100 / year
- Duration: One year
- Eligibility: Nationality of a non-european state, must be first-time applicants, must be admitted to a master’s at the university
Ampère Excellence Scholarships
The Ampère Excellence Scholarship offers about 20 scholarships annually to international students who want to study for their master’s at ENS de Lyon. The scholarship is merit-based and is given to the students with excellent backgrounds.

- Duration: Maximum two years
- Eligibility: Students must be under 26 years old, must meet requirements for the preferred Master’s program
Tiger Master's Excellence Scholarships
The Aix-Marseille University is committed to having a diverse and international student body. Therefore they offer the most outstanding students scholarships when they have been admitted into a master’s program. There is no need to take any additional steps to apply for the scholarship other than applying for a master’s program.

- Eligibility: Outstanding results/background
Idex Master's Scholarships
Université Grenoble Alpes offers international master’s students a merit-based scholarships to pursue their master’s at the university. Students can apply for the scholarship both in the first and second year.

- Scholarship award: €8000
- Duration: Two years
- Eligibility: Good academic record
Scholarships funded by governmental bodies and external organizations
Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program is funded by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and was created to attract foreign students to pursue their PhD and master's studies in France. They both support students looking at science and technology majors but also humanities and social sciences.
- Duration: Maximum 24 months
- Scholarship award: Monthly funding of €1181
- Eligibility: Apply to your preferred program and institution which can then support you with the application for the scholarship, the scholarship is organised through the university
France Excellence Europa
The France Excellence Europa offers scholarships for EU residents to study their degree in France. The scholarship is provided by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs.
- Scholarship award: €6,850 / six months + installation allowance of €1,700
- Duration: Maximum 24 months
- Eligibility: Maximum age 26, must be admitted to a Master's in France, can not have a French higher education diploma, CV + cover letter
Major-specific scholarships
IMT Excellence Scholarships
IMT Atlantique offers merit-based scholarships to students applying for a master’s degree in any of their programs. There is no need to make a separate application, all students who apply are considered for the excellence scholarship.

- University: IMT Atlantique
- Scholarship award: Up to 50% of tuition fees covered
- Duration: Maximum two years
- Eligibility: Must meet requirements of preferred master’s program, the most outstanding students will be offered a scholarship
Université Paris-Saclay International Master’s Scholarships
Université Paris-Saclay offers scholarships for high-performing master’s applicants who are also interested in a future in research in their offered programs. Université Paris-Saclay offers various programs in the STEM field.

- Scholarship award: €10 000/year
- Duration: Maximum two years
- Eligibility: Must be accepted to a master’s program at one of their institutions, can’t have lived in France for more than a year, have high academic performance, motivational letter
ENS International Selection Scholarships
Ecole normale supérieure offers their most outstanding candidates scholarships to support their studies at the university in their first year of their master’s.

- Study field: Arts, humanities and sciences
- Scholarship award: Housing + €1000/ month
- Duration: One year
- Eligibility: Must be under 26 years old, not have lived in France more than 10 months in the previous two years, take the ENS exam
HealthTech fellowship
HealtTech offers scholarships to students who wish to pursue their master's degree at the University of Strasbourg in the field of assistance to medicine and surgery. They offer a generous grant to cover both living, tuition and relocation. They are looking for students willing to evolve in the field of healthcare.
- Study field: Biomedical engineering and medical applications
- University: University of Strasbourg
- Scholarship award: €950/month for 10 months 1st year / 5 months 2nd year + tuition fees (up to €500) + €500 in relocating expenses + support to cover travel costs
- Duration: 15 months
- Eligibility: Academic background in engineering, computer science, medicine or economics that want to pursue a career in the field of innovation for healthcare
Sophie Germain Scholarship
The Sophie Germain scholarship offers exceptional students in mathematics scholarships to pursue a master’s degree at one of their partner universities. The scholarships receivers also receive additional support in assistance with finding accommodation.

- Scholarship award: €13000/year + €500 for tuition
- Duration: Two years
- Eligibility: Background in mathematics
Privately funded scholarships
Study a Master's in Europe Scholarship 2024
- Duration: One-off scholarship covering one year of studies
- Scholarship Award: €5,000
- Scholarship Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in a European Master's program as an international student.
- The degree program must be studied either within Europe or online from a European institute.
- Fill out the application forms and submit an essay on the assigned topic.

Go Global MBA Scholarship
- Duration: One-off scholarship covering one year of studies
- Scholarship Award: €7,000
- Scholarship Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in an MBA program as an international student.
- You should have no more than 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Fill out the application forms and submit an essay on the assigned topic.
