The Master’s Degree in Professional English-Spanish Translation seeks to train translation professionals capable of adapting to market needs, meeting clients expectations and successfully managing their own business. The master’s programme includes subjects aimed at developing a broad range of professional skills in technical, legal and literary translation, and providing a functional introduction to new translation technologies.
The master is designed for graduate students in English and/or Spanish philology as well as translators and writers working with Spanish and English, trainees, teachers and any university graduate wishing to develop competence in this field. Therefore this Master's Degree is aimed at English Philology or English Studies, Spanish Philology, Translation and Interpreting, Linguistics or another related field. It's is also aimed at graduates in Economics, Superior and Technical Engineering or other related fields.
Specific documentation required
As well as the compulsory general documentation required for pre-enrolment in the programme, you must submit the C1 certificate in English and Spanish according to the CEFR or native competence in both languages.
Optionally you can also submit proofs of relevant academic training (courses, seminars and work experience as a translator).

However, if there is no shortage of places, if you meet the requirements, the Admissions Committee may accept students without prioritising their merits.
