Master Programs in Paleoanthropology

Graduates in the field of paleoanthropology often work collecting artifacts at archaeological sites, conducting experiments in a lab setting, analyzing data, writing reports or participating in scientific research. Students may also pursue academic professions in which teaching, fieldwork and research duties are combined.

A masters is earned after students complete an undergraduate degree program. To obtain a masters, you usually need to complete 12 to 18 college courses that often involve completing comprehensive tests and/or a thesis.
