Quality internal guarantee system
The reform of the LOU, in its article 31 dedicated to Quality Assurance, includes the need to establish quality assurance criteria that facilitate evaluation, certification and accreditation; and considers quality assurance as an essential goal of university policy. Likewise, the organization of university education incorporates quality assurance as one of the basic elements that a curriculum should contemplate./>
The Guidelines of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport for the preparation of undergraduate and Master's degrees include the need to introduce a Quality Assurance System as one of the essential elements of future titles proposals.
Within the regulatory framework, there are several elements that regulate aspects as diverse as access, file management, exams and issuance of degrees, all of which guarantee the quality of the teaching. But there is a need to order them in a more systematic way, so that they contribute effectively to quality assurance. Thus, the elaboration of an ordered and systematized set of Internal Quality Assurance Systems could satisfy this need, giving a new meaning to the different actions undertaken in terms of evaluation of teaching, services and teaching staff, of analysis of student satisfaction and graduates, of analysis of the labor insertion or of information to society.
This document includes the Internal Quality Assurance System of the Master in Contemporary Culture, Literature, Artistic Institutions and Cultural Communication, taught by the Instituto Universitario de Investigación Ortega y Gasset , Center Attached to the Complutense University of Madrid, for what it is subject to the inspection of the Complutense University of Madrid, and in this point especially in the matter of fulfillment of the obligations derived from the SGIC of the Master in Master in Contemporary Culture, Literature, Artistic Institutions and Communication Culture.
