The Master of Architecture I degree is a NAAB accredited degree that prepares students to pursue state architecture licensure. The program is divided into two tracks depending on the student’s educational background. Students who have a bachelors in architecture from a program that was not NAAB accredited can complete the program in two years. Students who have a bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field will spend an additional year learning the foundations of architecture and complete the degree in three years. The Master of Architecture II degree gives students who have already completed a NAAB accredited bachelor’s degree the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of design principles and theory.
