We welcome applications from graduates of any discipline. You will study theoretical approaches through modules such as ‘Critical Tourism Theory and Methods’ and ‘International Tourism and Development’. There is a core module in ‘Hospitality Management Studies’ and an optional module with a focus on work-based learning.
