The master's degree in Micro and Nano Systems Technology is a two-year study program that is interdisciplinary with elements from electronics, mechanics, physics, chemistry, mathematics, modeling, and process technology. The aim of the study is to qualify successful candidates for a working environment in the diverse Micro and Nano Systems Technology; in industry as well as in academia, research institutions and governmental agencies. The studies cover the entire production chain, including design, manufacturing and characterization of micro and nano systems. Why study Micro- and Nano Systems Technology?
