Research Master - Micro and Nanotechnologies Specialization
In recent decades, with the miniaturization of components and systems, electronics has become ubiquitous and almost invisible in everyday life. We find these components in many applications such as portable devices (PC, PDA ...), telecommunications, automotive, leisure facilities .... The evolution of microelectronics to nanoelectronics and nanotechnology development leads to the emergence of new research and innovations. This allows to consider in the years to integrate more intelligence and interactivity in systems, to achieve the vision of Ambient Intelligence, which is the vision of the ENIAC (European Nanoelectronics Initiative Advisory Council) of coming decades. This master, aims to train specialists in these areas, with a good knowledge of other sectors, through interspécialités projects, seminars and joint courses as much as possible. The proposed structure no longer appear the concept of specificity "research" or "professional". Our goal is to offer all students master 2 trained to directly integrate the professional world, or pursue doctoral according to their professional and personal projects. Therefore, importance is given to practical training in the various teaching units (EU). The final internship study can be carried out in a company or in a research laboratory.
