In recent decades, with the miniaturization of components and systems, electronics has become ubiquitous and almost invisible in everyday life. We find these components in many applications such as portable devices (PC, PDA ...), telecommunications, automotive, leisure facilities .... The evolution of microelectronics to nanoelectronics and nanotechnology development leads to the emergence of new research and innovations. This allows to consider in the years to integrate more intelligence and interactivity in systems, to achieve the vision of Ambient Intelligence, which is the vision of the ENIAC (European Nanoelectronics Initiative Advisory Council) of coming decades.
