The Graduate School of Rehabilitation Counseling is the first graduate program in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, with the mission of training qualified professionals in the field of rehabilitation counseling with the knowledge, skills, sensitivity and ethical behavior necessary to facilitate people with impediments the development of their capacities and their integration into society. The School also has the responsibility of guiding and providing consultancy in matters of public interest related to persons with disabilities and to the professionals of rehabilitation counseling.
