The consequences of wars on society, and especially on children and women, are studied.The programme provides interdisciplinary, in particular, psychological and anthropological approaches, to the understanding of human aggression, peace, mediation, and conflict resolution. It aims at exploring mechanisms behind conflicts and wars in interpersonal as well as group and international contexts.
