The course is underpinned by the significance of engagement with existing and emerging research and advanced scholarship. Develop originality in the application of knowledge, together with a practical understanding of how established techniques of research and enquiry are used to create and interpret knowledge in the discipline. Alternative Exit/ Interim Award Learning Outcomes - Postgraduate Certificate A student who is eligible for this award will be able to: Show originality in the application of knowledge, together with a practical understanding of how established techniques of research and enquiry may be used to create and interpret knowledge in relevant areas of law. Have a systematic understanding and critical awareness of current problems and contemporary issues and/or insights into the changing nature of the UK and international corporate business organisations operating within a multi-national framework. Demonstrate skills associated with problem-solving and decision making based on own research and analysis demonstrated through legal writing and communication skills.
