The program designed to train in the skills required to develop in the field of taxes, recognizing each of the elements that define it as a legal institution and the object of the substantive tax obligation that constitutes the most relevant form of the legal relationship tax. Upon completion of this master's degree, the graduate will be able to identify and use solutions to conflicts between the different subjects of the legal-tax relationship, act in any tax order, within and outside the jurisdiction of the Dominican State and act in the application of taxes in accordance with the interests it represents. Likewise, they will have the tools to consider, from a regulatory point of view, the elements of taxes, their configuration in the laws, and their usefulness in the design of business strategies.
