The Master's Degree in Teaching of The Italian Language to Foreigners (ITAS) trains participants to be LS/L2 Italian teachers (Italian as a foreign language/second language) and cultural operators, qualified to carry out their activity in public and private schools and universities in Italy and abroad, but also in local institutions and international organizations working towards the inclusion and integration of minors and adult immigrants or the promotion of Italian language and culture in the world.

The Master in Specialized Translation is an interuniversity degree coordinated by the University of Vic - Central University of Catalonia in which the University San Jorge (Zaragoza) participates. It is the update of the Specialized Translation program offered by the University of Vic between 2007 and 2013, and aims to train professionals and scholars in the areas that generate more demand within the translation sector.

The Master's in Applied Linguistics & Second Language Acquisition is a one-year, intensive program preparing U.S. and international students for a range of careers in language education and research, with opportunities to specialize in language learning research and teaching in Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, and English as a Second Language (ESL).

This program, taught entirely in English and aimed at international applicants, seeks to provide an opportunity to study English from a variety of literary and linguistic perspectives. The degree consists of coursework and a research thesis.

The objective of this Master's training is to provide students with in-depth knowledge in the fields of French and French language, literature, linguistics and civilization. For those desiring further graduate study, the MFA provides an exceptionally strong foundation from which to begin a Ph.D. in comparative literature, language & literature, or area studies or social science field.

The aim of the programme is to train specialists having interdisciplinary educational background – linguists, who are familiar with English and another foreign language (German, French) business discourse, have competences in subject-specific terminology and business communication, are able to solve business information and communication tasks that are related to the establishment and management of modern businesses, and are able to conduct scientific research in linguistics.

Zhejiang University (ZJU) is the first in China to grant a master's degree in China Studies approved by the Ministry of Education. Compared to similar programs in the country, the Master of China Studies (MCS) program has the largest enrollment, with the most complete curriculum and the most extensive international cooperation. It is a model brand of ZJU in high-level international education. In November 2014, the Zhejiang University Institute of China Studies (ICS) was established.

The Master in Languages and Cultures of the Nordic and Baltic Sea Region is an umbrella programme that allows students to deepen their knowledge of the culture and language studied (Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Russian, Latvian, Polish or German) as well as consistently broaden their specialisation to include a cross-cultural perspective.
