This programme offers a wide range of distinctive modules that combine a focus on core subjects in the field alongside a critical inquiry into the theory and practice of human rights law and related fields, particularly as they relate to the global South.

The LLM/MA Environmental Justice in South Asia is an innovative 1-year course located in the Global North and the Global South to explore critical environmental and climate change issues from the South-North perspective while also providing students with a rich learning opportunity to engage and learn directly from field exposure.

The actions of individuals and states in international relations raise crucial questions of legality. This has been seen in recent years about wars and state interventions, migration of peoples, and justice and retribution. This program is designed to provide you with an advanced understanding of key issues in the place and role of law in international affairs. 

Following a pathway in International Criminal Justice enables you to develop a critical understanding of the operation of international and transnational criminal justice, particularly in contexts that are perceived to be controversial or in a state of evolution. You learn about the main legal instruments and institutions that provide for international co-operation and prosecution of international, transnational and national crime and the impact of human rights and combine this with critical reflection of the broader context and of the effectiveness of law.

The International Law study program aims to provide a range of modules that will form the basis of information and advanced knowledge on International Law matters for the purpose of training students to basic legal professions related to this field by providing solid knowledge, the specific and systematic institutes and concepts of International Law and on the situation and their prospects in the region and world.

The program is focused on acquiring professional (special) theoretical and practical components through the study of a wide range of disciplines, including through the prism of regional specifics.

The Master program "International and institutional law" aims to train professionals able to apply and explain the national legislation based on the provisions of international and EU law. The Program comes to create master skills in promoting the concept of the primacy of the international and EU law in relation to the national law. Referring to European Union law, its rule is dictated by the Republic of Moldova's aspirations of European integration and of the other countries in the region. For an effective awareness of this subject, the matter is studied not only theoretically, but also on the bases of the national practice of other many states. To achieve the proposed goals, it is studied within the practical lessons the jurisprudence of the international bodies such as the UN International Court of Justice, International Criminal Court, International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, the European Court of Human Rights, the European Court of Justice, etc. Equally, it is analyzed the practice of various international organizations - the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the International Committee of the Red Cross, the International Organization for Migration.

The program is aimed at training specialists in the field of legal support of transnational business, who have a deep understanding of business processes and the competence of making and effective implementation of management decisions.
