The Master’s specialization in Human Resource Management addresses the personnel process in organizations, from recruitment and selection to promotion, transfers, and departures. The program’s focus is on the development and control of the human factor in a working context that is becoming increasingly diverse.
Our academic calendar is based on a quarter system (1 quarter = 10 weeks). Because of the program's flexible structure and modular design, multiple starting dates are available at the start of every Quarter and of every Term, in October, November, January, February, April, May, July, and August.
