Course Description : The program consists of 39 credit, which divides into three semesters. The students must able to design one final research at the end of the program. Furthermore, the program has selected range of courses, including of which, Philosophy of social science, Management of Human Resources Development, Personality development, Theory of Human Resources , Competency development, Training system, Research proposal, Research thesis. The program itself, in addition offers three specific areas, namely: Government area, Industries and business area and Family and society. Outcome :his study program will produce graduates who are able to apply the principles of human resources development both  in the organisation and the community.
