Characteristics of the processes of economic, political, and social development in Mexico in relation to the educational process. The basic methodology to elaborate and develop intervention projects of current educational theories and currents. The context in which they carry out their teaching or management practice (educational levels: secondary, upper secondary and higher). -

The program offers education professionals a possibility to improve their professional performance by satisfactorily facing the educational problems of their practice, through research and development of innovations, within the horizon of professional improvement and improvement of educational quality. -
