A masters degree in French is a post graduate degree program that trains students to do an in depth study of the French cultural artifacts. The specialty of the French language operates about 19 years at the faculty of International Relations and Foreign Languages.Currently, 55 students study the French language in the I-IV courses. The specialty of the German language was established in 1999-2000 academic year and 15 students were accepted to the specialty in the same year. [+]
In the academic year 1998-1999, the chair of Western Europe and Eastern languages of History-Philology faculty was established at NSU and 15 students were accepted. In the early days of its inception, the Embassy of France and the department of its knowledge and co-operation paid special attention highly to this specialty and was equipped with specialty books, art books, technical facilities, audio-video cassettes, TV, videotape, and computers.
