This Master Degree Program seeks to provide graduates with intellectual tools and practical skills required to function in a multi-faceted and contradictory world of international cooperation. In this global context strong inequalities between rich and poor countries persist, where institutions, the management of resources and living conditions cannot guarantee the most elementary human rights. The program deals with these problematic issues.
