A masters is earned after students complete an undergraduate degree program. To obtain a masters, you usually need to complete 12 to 18 college courses that often involve completing comprehensive tests and/or a thesis.
Energy management studies are designed for those interested in energy conservation and the development of practices that are sustainable. The principles of energy conservation may be covered in addition to energy loss inspection, instrumentation calibration and report preparation.
An African educational adventure can be exciting since the continent's rich traditional heritage is so vital to the culture. Africans legendary hospitality is welcoming to strangers and its multiethnic cities so exciting with its African music, dance and arts, both traditional and modern, constitute whole other worlds of application and delight; and there is a couple of esthetic experiences wherever you go to compare and contrast with the color, swirl, smell, and sounds of an African market.

Master in Renewable Energy and Energy Engineering
Supported by cutting-edge research, training and renewable energy of the IUR is in phase with the energy concerns of the moment. This is excellent training and answer the growing demand for the industry in terms of qualified skills. The program and renewable energy is a multidisciplinary training that deals with the mastery of energy, energy conversion devices using new and renewable energies and storage systems 's energy and its distribution (management network). The formation of cross-sectional combines various skills varied and covers areas such as: mechanical, electronic, electrical, thermal modeling & design, management of energy, accounting, etc.. Training Objectives The pole Renewable Energy and petroleum studies offers students a high level of training that combines the excellent programs of the Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine (France) to that of pedagogical and research teams of the UIR-class. 'S goal of an engineering degree from State and renewable energy is to train highly qualified engineers to respond to the needs of industry and research. Multidisciplinary training in engineer and renewable energy and aims to provide students with scientific knowledge (theoretical and practical) and the tools and techniques to help implement industrial projects or applied scientific research. The students will also learn skills in leadership, communication and management to actively participate and conduct national and international projects. Master in Energy
The Institutional Research Theme “Energy” strives to provide the best balance between the University’s current research activities and the energy focus areas that are prioritised by Government, with an initial focus on electrical energy. This will set the University on the road towards national relevancy as it will be searching for solutions to South Africa’s energy problems.
The main research themes include:Energy Production (This includes all viable energy production technologies, ranging from coal to nuclear to renewables.) Energy Distribution (This includes highly relevant topics such as “smart grids” and energy storage, which are gaining importance in the light of the increasing contribution of renewable energies such as solar and wind energy.) Energy Optimisation (The majority of energy plants are not very efficient, which creates considerable opportunities for research to improve thermal efficiency, improve efficiency by managing the demand side, plant lifetime extension, etc.) Advanced Materials (Almost all energy systems make use of advanced materials. Specific focus materials would be, for example, high-temperature materials and graphite.) Policy, Economics and Society (Many energy systems do not fail technically, but fail because of poor policy decisions, legal shortcomings, poor economic modelling, poor project management, or poor societal management strategies.) Environment (Climate change is seen as a large component within the energy sector, notably aspects that link to greenhouse gases, nuclear and other waste, and carbon footprint.) ... [-]
