The overall objective of this master's degree is to enable students to find effective solutions to problems in the field of electronic engineering and, specifically, to design electronic equipment and automated production systems, perform maintenance and control in production industries, provide technical advice, or join the sales departments of companies in the electronics sector. For graduates who wish to undertake doctoral studies, this programme will also prepare them to do effective research in collaboration with national and international research groups.

Classes are held in the afternoon/evening from Monday to Friday.
Language of instruction
This master's degree provides continuity to a first degree in the fields of engineering and technology. The typical entry profile is that of a student who has completed a bachelor's degree in electronic technology or information and communication technology. Therefore, the programme is mainly aimed at students who have bachelor's degrees in aeronautical engineering, telecommunications engineering and industrial engineering (industrial electronics and automatic control or electrical engineering) but it is also suitable for students who have a bachelor's degree in physics and computer engineering.

A university degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Electrical Engineering or Industrial Electronics and Automatic Control), Automatic Control and Industrial Electronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physical Science, Physics Engineering, or a related field.
A university Aeronautical Engineering diploma in Aircraft Engines, Air Navigation, Aircraft, Airport Engineering or Aerospace Equipment and Materials; a university Telecommunications Engineering diploma in Electronic Systems, Telecommunication Systems, Image and Sound or Telematics; a university Computer Science engineering diploma in Computer Software Engineering or Computer Systems Engineering; a university Industrial Engineering diploma in Industrial Electronics or Electricity; or a qualification in a related field.
A part from the compulsory documentarion to pre-enrole to the programme, students must do submit the following documents: documentación adicional:
Proof of the candidate's merits in relation to points 3 to 6 of the criteria.
Suitability of the admission qualification in the following order:
a) An official bachelor's or pre-EHEA degree in aeronautical engineering, telecommunications engineering, computer engineering, industrial engineering (electricity or industrial electronics and automatic control), automatic control and industrial electronics, electronic engineering, physical science or physics engineering: up to 8 points.
b) An official university aeronautical engineering diploma in aircraft engines, air navigation, aircraft, airport engineering or aerospace equipment and materials; a university telecommunications engineering diploma in electronic systems, telecommunication systems, image and sound or telematics; a university computer science engineering diploma in computer software engineering or computer systems engineering; or a university industrial engineering diploma in industrial electronics or electricity: up to 7 points.
c) Other qualifications: 0 points.
Evaluation of the students' academic record in the university degree that qualifies them for admission to the master's degree: up to 4 points.
Official diplomas in English: up to 2 points.
Other training relevant to the content of the master's degree (courses, seminars or other training activities), for which proof must be provided: up to 2 points.
Extended stays in English-speaking countries (at least 12 weeks), for which proof must be provided: up to 2 points.
Proven work experience in a field requiring a degree in an area related to the master's programme. 0.2 points for each full year of work experience, up to a maximum of 2 points.
