Lugano is located in Italian speaking part of Switzerland. Around 64% of the population has higher education and there are universities and institutes specialized mostly in informatics, communication, artificial intelligence, computing etc. Art and design schools are also available, along with international programs.

Switzerland (German: Schweiz, French: Suisse, Italian: Svizzera, Romansch: Svizra. Keep in mind, it's much better to speak the local language, so if you can't speak either French, German or Italian, better go for a language course first.

A masters is earned after students complete an undergraduate degree program. To obtain a masters, you usually need to complete 12 to 18 college courses that often involve completing comprehensive tests and/or a thesis.

Part time learning allows one to obtain part-time degrees even if one cannot attend school on a full-time basis. One can learn at his or own pace, gradually accumulating credits which count towards final qualification.
