Master Programs in Economics

Manama is a key financial centre in Bahrain. Most importantly, this town is home to a variety of colleges, schools and universities such as Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance, Delmon University, Applied Science University and many more.

There is evidence of economic writing that dates all the way back to the Mesopotamian era. The development of modern economics is largely due to two groups which were known as the physiocrats and the mercantilists. These groups help develop capitalism in Europe in the 16th century.

Bahrain has able to incorporate the same education system like the European to improve the quality of higher education among the students in this country. They also have education exchange programs with other students in the world. This has enabled their university institutions to offer internationally accepted education.

A masters is earned after students complete an undergraduate degree program. To obtain a masters, you usually need to complete 12 to 18 college courses that often involve completing comprehensive tests and/or a thesis.
