The Master aims to provide a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the legal and regulatory guidelines that companies must follow in managing money laundering, tax evasion and terrorist financing risks. The Master covers best practices in governance, risk management and internal control, including case studies, exercises and talking points. Participants will develop a greater appreciation and understanding of the KYC process, gaining insight into the international and national legal and regulatory framework of client due diligence. At the end of the course, the graduates will be awarded the KYCACERT ® Certification (Know Your Customer Advanced Certification), the second level of KYC Certification in Italy.

The contents of the course are interdisciplinary and range from business and managerial economics to tax and commercial law.
