Our Master's degree program trains and prepares students so that they may successfully conduct their professional career in the field of International Development Cooperation.
The Master's Degree in Contemporary International Migration caters to the need for skilled professionals in different areas related to migration, involves many different areas, and requires specific and complex preparation and training.
The Master in International Cooperation and Development consists of three titles in a single accreditation. These titles are targeted toward the three segments of the labor market.
This master responds to the need to offer, from the five Valencian public universities, high-level training in development cooperation.
This year our Master celebrates the 20th anniversary of its creation. Our history dates back to 1994 when, thanks to our founder Dr. Vicent Martínez Guzmán, the first conference of Philosophy for Peace was conducted in the Universitat Jaume I to which more than 100 people attended. Since then, our program has been growing and consolidating as one of the best in its subject in the Spanish territory, besides of having obtained an important recognition around the world, thanks to the more than a thousand students coming from more than a hundred countries that have gone through our program and to the more than 250 national and international teachers that have taught in our Master. From the program we would like to take this opportunity to greet and thank all the people who have made possible this achievement; thanks to their work in favor of the construction of peace cultures, our peaceful ideal has been spread around the world.
The Master in Development and International Cooperation has been designed to train technicians, cooperation agents and public policy decision-makers capable of managing the resources mobilized in this field with optimum results.
The Master in Migration and Attention to Refugees offered by the Instituto Séneca , aims to respond to the need for qualification that is needed in an area that demands professional attention, in response to the delicate situation presented by migrant and refugee groups.
