The advancement of science and engineering projects has led to significant changes in various aspects of project implementation. These changes have produced a more rigorous management issues, with a more complete and accurate methodological instruments. Similarly, all aspects of management have gained more prominence due to the importance of the involvement of human resources in the development of a project. Given the ongoing project failures, there is a pressing need to consolidate and improve the quality of the design stage thereof, understanding that stage as the creative and cognitive process of conceiving and formulating the foundations of a project, which requires management adequate knowledge and direction. The Master program in Design, Management and Project Management (MDGDP) connects these 3 elements to be integrally project specialist with the ability, skill and knowledge of: - Designing a project; - Manage your project from initiation to post-mortem reflection; and - Direct all individual and collective human efforts toward the project goals and interests of those affected.
