GOALS The Master in International Cooperation and Public Policy Management, Programs and Projects Development It aims to meet the demand for technical experts in international cooperation caused by the existence of a growing number of actors who bring resources in this area. First, even in a recessionary context like the present, developed countries disbursing significant resources in terms of Official Development Assistance (ODA) channeled through actors various such as multilateral agencies, development NGOs, agencies of state cooperation, regional and local or several ministerial departments.
