The Brima University Institute aims to train Masters in Criminology capable of intervening in the analysis, adaptation, and incorporation of advances in criminological matters that determine the study of the antisocial behavior of the individual in its context and crime prevention policies, based on the application of theories and methodologies of the criminal field that contribute to the development of knowledge and policies from an ethical and critical perspective based on respect for human rights. -

At the end of the study plan of the Master's Degree in Criminology and Criminalistics, the student will assess disciplinary theoretical and methodological elements in the study of criminology and criminalistics, with respect to criminal investigation techniques, elements of criminal law, and the uro of evidence experts, particular bases of criminology and criminology, interview techniques in the criminal area and use of oral trials; In order to implement policies for the treatment, rehabilitation, and integration into society of the person responsible for the crime, he will also acquire the ability to act as an expert when intervening in the new criminal system of oral proceedings, which allows him to develop well-founded strategies in the constant practice of new techniques and methods applicable in each of the areas of Criminology and Criminalistics, with a responsible, ethical and concerned attitude for their social environment.DURATION: 1 YEAR 8 MONTHS -
