Part time Master Programs in Conducting

Conducting programs often involve score study, music history, technique and theory courses. Whether students choose to focus on an instrumental or choral repertoire, their coursework teaches them how to form and lead ensembles.

A masters is earned after students complete an undergraduate degree program. To obtain a masters, you usually need to complete 12 to 18 college courses that often involve completing comprehensive tests and/or a thesis.

Part time learning allows one to obtain part-time degrees even if one cannot attend school on a full-time basis. One can learn at his or own pace, gradually accumulating credits which count towards final qualification.
