A Master Degree in Commerce is a business degree that allows study across a broad spectrum of relevant disciplines. Students are able to gain an interdisciplinary understanding of business with a concentration in at least one major specialization in the business field such as accounting, finance, management and many more.

There are several private universities that can be found throughout Guatemala. Despite this, it still has some of the lowest literacy levels in all of Central America. Those looking to study in this country may have to pay higher tuition due to the privatized school systems.
