Clinical Psychology

A masters is the first level of graduate coursework and can be obtained after you receive a bachelor’s degree. Earning a masters usually requires two years of full-time study, which amounts to 36 to 54 semester credits.

Students who are studying clinical psychology can choose to focus on a particular concentration. Some of the common areas for specialization are clinical neuropsychology, traumatic stress, substance abuse counseling, primary care psychology, child and adolescent psychology, and advanced psychotherapy.

The Middle East boasts a uniquely diverse population filled with a myriad of political, cultural and religious identities. In this setting, students have the opportunity to learn first hand about historic cultures and empires based in the region.
