The Master in Analytical Chemistry provides a comprehensive and global focus on the analytical process (advances in analytical chemistry, identification, and structural characterization). It also broadens knowledge on the different product matrices to which analytical processes can be applied. Accordingly, we work with matrices from agrarian, food and pharmaceutical origins, as well as providing in-depth studies on the contribution of analytical chemistry to the conservation and improvement of the environment.
