Its launch in the winter semester 1999/2000 aims to revalue the after-diploma degrees and enhance their competitiveness in the international market. At the same time, our School strengthens its own research by means of the MBR. It is the research-based phase of studies which falls by the wayside in German universities.
The standard length of study is four semesters. The vital innovative element of the research course is the so-called integration course in which a class of about 24 students, for the duration of one year and supervised by two or more professors, intensively resolve significant matters of research.
