Introduction to the programme The European Centre for Judges and Lawyers - the Luxembourg Antenna of the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) - is offering a two-year postgraduate programme leading to a Master’s degree in European Legal Studies. Since 2010, it is offered as a blended e-learning programme, combining face-to-face lectures, e-Learning sessions and distance learning. This Master is a truly international study programme offered in partnership with Université de Lorraine in France. Participants who successfully conclude the programme are awarded a French Master degree: Master en études européennes - spécialité Droit de la construction européenne delivered by the University of Lorraine. Scholarship The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Luxembourg (MFEA) offers three scholarships for officials, members of the judiciary, representatives of civil society organisations and legal professions from the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia (FYROM), Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey. The purpose of the scholarship is to allow three candidates who have already started their professional career to follow a Master programme in European Legal Studies (MELS Online) in Luxembourg.
