In order to successfully obtain a Masters qualification, you will need to obtain a number of credits by passing individual modules. Most taught Masters will have a number of core modules which you must take and pass in order to obtain the qualification. The assessment of research Masters is almost always entirely by a single dissertation module or project.
Architecture studies focuses on the history of building and home design in the context of art movements. Students might learn about famous architects, as well as different architectural styles throughout the history of America and Europe.
Students who complete a part of their degree in Asia are growing in numbers. Currently, the second and the third biggest economies are in Asia. Without limitation, students have described their time in Asia as the best experience of their lives. Today, three of the four most populated countries of the world are in Asia: China, India, and Indonesia.

Master of Architecture in Architectural History and Theory/Master of Arts in Architectural History and Theory
Faculty of Architecture – CEPT University
The new Postgraduate Program in Architectural History and Theory is intended for architects and graduates from other disciplines interested in advanced training in built environment research. Built upon the strong tradition of research at CEPT University, the program provides a thorough methodological grounding and critical communication skills essential for contemporary researchers. Much of the learning will take place using studio-based pedagogy, where students empirically engage with contemporary sites, processes, and representations, and will be supported by a range of theory seminars and methods courses. The only one of its kind in the South Asian region, the program will be of interest to those aspiring to work as educators (in architecture and allied fields), professional researchers, and entrepreneurs in the culture and heritage fields. At the end of this program one would be able to:...

Master of Architecture in Architectural Design
Faculty of Architecture – CEPT University
The Architectural Design specialization within the M.Arch. program at the Faculty of Architecture, CEPT University is an advanced design stream intended for architects to explore, experiment and critically reimagine design as a discipline, empowered by the experience of practice. The specialization has a broader mandate compared to other M.Arch streams and allows students to explore the following themes - new tools and technologies of design, design for social change, reimagining the agency of architectural practitioners, among other things. Students also have opportunities to explore design theory, particularly in the realm of form and aesthetics, ways of making, computational design, history of design and contemporary practice....

The global environmental and energy challenge facing current and future generations of architects and building professionals call for a deeper understanding of the principles of environmental design, and their effective application into architectural practice. However, it seems necessary to have a master course in this important area. Students on this master course will take a fresh critical look at the subject. They will learn environmental design methods which relate to the various stages of architectural design and will be able to evaluate existing buildings and design new ones following a combined bioclimatic and building occupant focused approach. The course covers both the wider contextual and sustainable approach to environmental design, and the more technical aspects of environmentally and energy conscious building design and performance....

The speciality of Architecture was established at the faculty of Fine Arts. The faculty of Engineering was established in the 2005-2006 academic year and the chair of Architecture have been included in its composition.
Two specialities functioned in the chair of Architecture in the 2005-2006 academic year:
Specialty of Architecture
Specialty of industrial and civil construction
The faculty of Engineering began operating as the faculty of Engineering and Architecture in the 2007-2008 academic year and there were 4 chairs. One of them is the chair of Architecture. It includes:
In 2002-2003 academic year-8 students
In 2004-2005 academic year-10 students
In 2016-2017 academic year-12 students were accepted to the faculty (full-time).

Master of Architecture
The Master of Architecture program will be about:
The effect of architecture on the community and society. This will be the main inspiration and concern for our design strategies, especially in terms of safety, comfort, and wellbeing.
The environmentally sustainable architecture that strives to minimize the negative environmental effect of building by efficiency and moderation in the use of materials, energy and development space. Sustainable architecture that is very much aware of consumption of energy and ecological conservation in the design of the built environment will be the underlying principles of our design intention.
The commitment to exploring the sustainable concept of fundamental principles, methodologies, and approach set within architectural management process of planning, designing and delivering infrastructure.
The appreciation and thoughtful consideration of the context, framework, and culture of a place, architecture that responses to its surrounding by respecting what is already there, the genius loci.

The course aims at nurturing the architects who are well versed with the past, are conscious of the latest innovations and intellectually grounded to perceive architecture and design for the present and the future. The course would develop a research culture, where the students are encouraged to learn through experimentation and understand architecture in a diverse cultural and environmental context.
The post graduate course is envisioned as a platform for carrying out various research projects and starting the doctoral research Programs in the future.
The course finds its need in inculcating within the students, the ability to deal with the contemporary issues affecting architecture and anticipate the future directions in architecture and architectural design practice.
It gives an opportunity to reground their design skills and urge for research by pursuing their understanding of architecture through the latest innovations in technology.

The Master Program of Interior Architecture offers students expertise in interior layout and design.
The program aims to provide interior architects with the ability to create aesthetic, functional and sustainable solutions, using their high standard of professional knowledge and based on a strong background in design.
Architecture demands that students develop their “creative skills”. It also requires that students develop their cultural background. Students will, therefore, be asked to participate in various cultural activities and develop their entrepreneurial capacities. All the efforts will be spent in order to make their education a colorful one.
Traditional architecture and building techniques occupy a part of the curriculum. But students will also be taught today’s techniques and materials. Each student will be expected to have acquired a good skill in computer-aided-design by the time of his graduation. Together with other skills, each student will have reached the capacity of finding an employment abroad easily. This is demanded by the current relationships of Turkey with the European Union and the international arena of architecture....

Like the Department of Interior Design, the Department of Architecture belongs to the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture. Despite some differences, much of the curriculum in these two departments follow similar lines which mostly run in parallel. This is so not only because the two disciplines are close relatives of each other, but also because it facilitates the transfer of students from one discipline to the other if they wish to do so.
The principal objective of this education is to teach students the important skills they would need in the future. Moreover, it is thought to be essential that students acquire a sincere love of this profession if they are to be successful in the future. In this direction, besides obligatory practice in offices or the construction sites, students will be introduced the realities of professional life under dynamic circumstances – may this be within or outside the academic life....

Architecture (English, Thesis) - Program Definition
The graduate program in architecture intends to develop and deepen knowledge of the students in architecture to higher levels of professional competence based on Bachelor level qualifications; to give students an understanding in scholarly research; to develop the ability to conduct and communicate studies individually and ability to enhance lifelong intellectual growth.
The program is structured to allow flexibility to accommodate diverse needs of students coming from different architecture schools and also countries. Besides the architectural studio orienting students toward problem formulations and solutions in diverse design problems in architecture, a coherent program of lectures provides students with an awareness and ability of judgment in architecture and design issues through supervised scholarly researchers. A thesis that is carefully planned and conducted by each individual student in consultation with an advisor gives the further opportunity to develop specialization on certain subjects in architecture....
