Being an engineer in aeronautics means working on the design and operation of aircraft (aeroplanes, helicopters, balloons), and embedded systems. This might mean the technical conduct of the development programme, carrying out tests on the ground or in flight, developing production methods, optimising quality processes, or prospecting and negotiating contracts. In order to achieve these two goals the MAE syllabus combines a core, covering all fields of Aerospace Technology, with focus on high-potential areas such as Integral Aircraft and Satellite Design, Aeronautical and Space Propulsion, Aerospace Navigation and Control, Experimental Techniques and Advanced Computational Methods. The Master consists of 90 ECTS, including a Thesis, distributed in 3 semesters. The Master of Engineering in Aircraft Systems Integration (MASI), sponsored by Airbus Group-Spain, has been specifically designed for recent graduate engineers, and working professionals who want to develop and lead projects of Systems Integration. Our courses are given in English by internationally recognized experts in their fields coming from the key players in the aeronautical business, including industry, academia, government and regulators. The MASI program comprise 90 ECTS credits. The full-time program includes 12 months of instruction at AIRBUS GROUP and UC3M, followed by a Final Project to be completed within 6 months. Its modular presentation allows for part-time study with a flexible completion date taking between 1.5 and 3 years. The MASI Program combines three basic elements.
