Τhe Postgraduate Programme in “Educational Leadership and Policy” aims a) to create the foundations for more effective organization and administration of schools and other educational organizations, and b) to provide students with a theoretical as well as applied understanding of the relationship between context variables of the educational system and their relationships with the roles, responsibilities and actions of educational leaders. It is deeply anchored in theory and research on educational leadership, management, administration and policy issues, as well as on contextual factors (e.g. culture, social structures, economic conditions, etc.) that influence educational institutions and leadership, teaching and learning principles. -
