Programme Description

If you are seeking a career in people management, the Master's degree in Human Resources provides the opportunity for you to complete your training in human resources knowledge, aptitudes and skills. If you are working in human resources and are seeking to update your knowledge and understand new people management tendencies, or you wish to broaden your field of professional prospects, this programme is a good fit for you. Participants of this official Master's degree will do an internship (participants with no experience) or an Internal Improvement Project (experienced profile) that will allow you to apply previous concepts and techniques.

Internship:

  • Participants with no experience: Mandatory, 18 ECTS
  • Participants currently working: Improvement Project within current organisation

Academic Requirements

  • Graduates in fields other than Business Administration will need to pass a Fundamentals of Management course of 20 hours in September
  • Spanish: B2
