Coordinating University:University of Santiago de CompostelagoalsA specific purpose of the master is to train professionals who can promote actions in favor of women's equality, the implementation of the gender perspective (“mainstreaming”) and the institutionalization of content and measures. This professional work refers both to the educational context itself and to the Administration, companies and all institutions and social, cultural, economic and political organizations.
Another purpose is the training of researchers who can contribute to the construction of new knowledge about the social relationships and roles between women and men from a multidisciplinary feminist and gender perspective.
The academic and professional training offered has the overall objective of preparing university students who can carry out all the necessary actions as equality agents and researchers provided for in current international, state and regional legislation in this regard.
