About

The Master in Conservation Biology aims to train experts in diagnosing biodiversity conservation problems, as well as to address possible solutions. Biodiversity is the "variety of life in all its forms and levels of organization", including the environmental and evolutionary processes that maintain it, so its conservation requires the training of professionals capable of applying "transversal" approaches. For this reason, Conservation Biology has been growing as a multidisciplinary response to the planetary crisis of biodiversity, with a clear vocation for integrating very diverse disciplines in the field of biology, to which recent developments in sociology and the economy.
