It is a professional nature Master, giving a specialization in management and property evaluation in order to ensure that students who complete this course enhancing its prospects of employability and future career.
Habiliações Access and Selection Criteria
Applications are considered national academic degree holders or equivalent foreign to the 1st cycle in the areas of finance, management, economics, accounting, mathematics applied to economics and management, engineering, law and architecture. Are also evaluated other candidates deemed suitable by the scientific and pedagogical commission. Candidates are assessed based on the final rating of the 1st cycle, curriculum analysis and a possible interview.
The candidates holding the course of the graduate in Management and ISEG Property Valuation are automatically equivalent to the 1st year of the Masters.
The Master is organized into four semesters, totaling 120 credits. The first three semesters are fully satisfied with the curriculum component for a total of 78 credits, aimed at providing the student with the instrumental skills necessary for a solid background in financial mathematics. The fourth and final semester is devoted to the elaboration of TFM (final paper Masters) - dissertation or stage - a total of 42 credits (of which 12 credits are obtained in the 3rd semester).
