Business Psychology and Human Resource Management in Entrepreneur
DEGREE: Professional Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)
QUALIFICATION: Company Manager
STUDY DURATION: 1,5 or 2 years in full-time studies, 1,6 or 2,1 years in part-time studies
STUDY LANGUAGE: Latvian or English
INTERNSHIP: In leading companies of the industry

The aim of the study program is to provide students with the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills of management psychology necessary for human resource management and to prepare internationally competitive human resource management specialists and managers who meet the requirements of the labor market. Within two years the student will acquire the knowledge and experience necessary for business creation, human resource management and the use of management psychology.
