This programme aims to provide students with an in-depth methodology and strategy for managing the operations of a hospitality organization. It also prepares the students to assume leadership roles in tourism and hospitality enterprises that operate both domestically and internationally. Subjects studied include: Human Resource Management, Business Law, Business Financial Management, Marketing Management, The Hospitality and Tourism Industry, Distribution Systems in the Tourism Industry, Hospitality Management, Hospitality Marketing, Negotiation and Decision Making, Intercultural Management, Consumer Behaviour, Concepts and Cases in Tourism Management, Management and Strategy, Yield Management, HRM for the Hotel Industry, Hospitality Leaders and Case Studies, Hospitality Managerial Accounting.
The course benefits from a six month paid internship that forms an integral part of their education.
