Master of Science in Finance

Invest in your success

Earning a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) degree from Clark prepares you for immediate success in any investment firm, bank, or corporate finance position on any continent.

As an MSF student in our AACSB-accredited Graduate School of Management, you will integrate an understanding of the complexities of management with strong finance and quantitative skills. The degree benefits you no matter where you are in your career and prepares you for positions in banking, investment management, trading, insurance and corporate finance.

Your Coursework

In our cohort-based program, you take all of your required classes during the day with the same group of students. In three or four semesters, you complete 10 courses and a professional internship. You’ll combine theory and practice through rigorous case study analysis, extensive use of software, team-based projects, and close working relationships with research and practitioner faculty.

Renowned Faculty – Here for You

MSF faculty are focused on helping you successfully move through the program. They are research active and practice-oriented professors (not teaching assistants) who are true experts in the finance field and noted for their expertise in nontraditional trading strategies used by major investors. This helps you build the skills required to enter rapidly growing fields such as hedge fund investments and private equity. Our faculty are experts in complex strategies employed by hedge funds and investment banks. More specifically, derivative trading strategies, credit strategies, complex bond strategies and quantitative stock selection.

Your Student Experience

Your fellow students come from very diverse backgrounds and are highly motivated, intellectually curious, and dedicated to responsible business practices. Small classes allow you to easily get to know your peers and your professors, as well as give you valuable perspectives on financial, ethical and social business challenges and opportunities.
