M.S. in Electronics and Communications Engineering
The Electronics and Communication Engineering Program is offered by the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
The primary aim of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department is to help students become highly skilled engineers. The prospective engineers are expected to be able to diagnose engineering problems and find viable solutions to these problems. In addition to using their individual skills and taking responsibility, they should be eager to participate in teamwork in a dynamic environment. They should be attuned to actively follow developments in their growing fields of interest.
With this purpose in mind, the Electronics and Communication Engineering program is designed to enable students with the background in basic sciences and engineering necessary for assuming leadership roles in innovating new technologies in addition to improving the existing state-of-the-art.
The research and study topics of the program includes telecommunication systems and technologies, systems control electromagnetics and microwave, photonics and optical communications, signal processing, image processing and computer vision, and biomedical data analysis.
